  • The course offers the following advantages:
    Learn anywhere and anytime. Choose your own personal learning path at your convenience. You will become familiar with the topics through short video sequences. In the corresponding exercises and quizzes you will deepen and consolidate your new knowledge.
    Learn alone or challenge other students to battle you. Collect prizes and progress from the level “Beginner” to “Advanced” up to the level “Expert”. Interact with other students and coaches or act as a coach yourself, as by supporting fellow students in their learning progress you will further strengthen your own expertise.

    In this course, you will learn more about the following topics in 14 modules:

    1. Managing stress and emotions:  How to identify stress mechanisms in order to better prevent them and understand how to deal with them.

    4. Rethinking Management:  Getting into collaborative management to support innovation.
    5. Women are like any other leader: Negotiating your salary, networking, starting up your own business? Like all professional aptitudes, these skills need to be cultivated.
    6. Be an assertive woman: Old-fashioned clichés about women die hard. This subject deciphers the reasons why and offers ways to resolve this issue and take action.

    2. Reveal the speaker in you – Deliver your talk: How to illustrate your talk with the right pictures, slides and graphics? What is the best way to memorise and rehearse? How to deal with stress before giving your talk? How to capture your audience's attention? Learn how to deliver your best speech possible.
    3. Master Design Thinking to become more agile: This method, characterised by end-user involvement, is used by start-ups and large companies alike. All businesses can use it for inspiration! This module will show you the key ideas and teach you to use them in your job. You will be able to test your skills in a role-playing exercise where you are in the driving seat.
     
    You will study the basics in 117 Videos and consolidate your gained knowledge in the corresponding exercises (930 Questions and more).
