    Basics of Word:
    The course consists of 95 video lessons, plus 95 practical and seven theoretical exercises, and is divided into two modules. (Max. course duration six months)
    • Level 1 – Basics: Discover Word, create, view and format texts, page layout, page numbering and printing, manage tab stops and lists
    • Level 2 – Consolidation: Use AutoText, add and manage tables, use graphic objects, print envelopes, use mail merge
    • Digital reference material

    Basics of Excel:
    The course consists of 98 video lessons, plus 98 practical and 11 theoretical exercises. (Max. course duration six months)
    • Level 1 – Basics: Discover Excel, perform basic calculations, print workbooks and adjust page set-up, manage sheets and data display, edit headers and footers, colours and formatting
    • Level 2 – Consolidation: Set up complex tables, create diagrams, create and use pivot tables
    • Digital reference material
  • Target group
    This course is aimed at beginners or users with a very basic knowledge of Word and Excel, who would like to master the key basic features.
  • Your profile
    No knowledge of Word and Excel is required. Experience of using a computer is an advantage.

    • Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP SP3, Mac OS X 10.6 or later (Our recommendation for Mac users: Install Chrome free of charge)
    • Browser: Internet Explorer 10 or later, MS Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari (for Mac users, we recommend the use of Chrome because not all functions are available with Safari
    • Resolution: 1280 x 960 or higher, standard text size 100% (96 dpi)
    • High-speed internet connection (at least 20 Mbps)
    • It is not possible to use iPads or tablets.
